People are often shocked to learn that many recruiting agencies are paid exactly what the creative is paid——essentially doubling the cost for the client. This model leads to an underpaid creative and an over billed client. We take this exorbitant fee and cut it into thirds, passing a third back to the creative, a third to the client, and keeping a third for ourselves. Creating a more equitable model for all. And since we are working creatives, we truly value sharing the wealth with our community.
Incentive
to retain
We’ve done away with the “in perpetuity” model. Instead, we scale down our cut gradually over the duration of the contract. No conversion fee, and no reason to fear keeping a good fit because of an inflated rate. The longer your working relationship continues, the more it benefits both the client and the creative. Like your hire? Keep them! And let us get out of the way.

Let's be real, we have many jobs. As dedicated freelancers, juggling responsibilities is in our DNA. And being freelance gives us the flexibility to handle any and all requests just as if you were one of our regular creative clients. We consider recruiting to be a natural extension of our creative process.
